Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service:
- Retreat stays: Full refund if cancelled 7+ days in advance; 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days in advance; no refund for cancellations less than 3 days in advance
- Home care services: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance; 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours in advance; no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance
- Wellness services: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours in advance; no refund for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance
- Nutritional services: Full refund if cancelled before preparation begins (typically 48 hours); no refund once food preparation has started
